Shula’s Steakhouse Miami Beach

A trip to the Miami area would not be complete without a visit to Shula’s Steak House, which is located at the Alexander Hotel on Collins Avenue. In case you are not a football fan, Shula’s is named after the famed Miami Dolphins football coach, Don Shula. Don Shula, to this day, is the only NFL Coach in history to lead their team to a perfect season and you will relive Shula’s perfection the minute you walk through the doors of this fine dining establishment.

From the elegantly, gold framed football pictures and life sized wall photos of the team’s perfect season to menu that is presented on a football and kicking tee, you will quickly see that this is not your ordinary steak house. But don’t let the football theme fool you. Shula’s is fine dining at it’s best. Among the beautifully framed football pictures and wall sized photos, you will be surrounded in the rich wood and leather comfort of a traditional steak house and the service you will receive, is second to none.

As far as the food goes, Shula’s is sure to be in your top 10 favorite restaurants, as they serve on the finest beef and freshest fish available. In the beef department, Shula’s serves only premium Black Angus Beef which undergoes their exclusive aging process. This beef and this process has produced their legendary (and award winning) Shula’s Cut, which is considered one of the best pieces of beef in the industry. If you’re really hungry, give the 48 ounce Porterhouse a try. If you can finish this, you will immediately be inducted into Shula’s exclusive 48-Ounce Club.

If you visit Shula’s with seafood on your mind, you won’t be disappointed. Shula’s carries the finest lobster tails, shrimp, salmon, mahi mahi and the freshest Florida red snapper you will ever find.

Don’t forget dessert! A visit to Shula’s would not be complete without indulging in their deliciously tart Key Lime Pie or their decadent Molten Lava Cake.

Whether your a football fan or not, an evening out at Shula’s is sure to be a memorable experience and definitely not to be missed.
