Azul Restaurant Miami Beach

There are many places to eat in the area surrounding Miami, Florida. Few of them match the dining experience at Azul Restaurant. This restaurant is located in the Mandarin Hotel in Miami, Florida and has a lot to offer its customers.

Azul offers a varied menu full of Mediterranean foods with Asian influences. This restaurant offers a lot of unique fish and seafood dishes as well as other meats such as lamb and prime rib. This is one of the few restaurants in the area that offers a traditional cheese course. The food at Azul is prepared by Chef Clay Conley. Chef Conley has twenty years of culinary experience and is the protégé of the well-known chef Todd English. Chef Conley was even made culinary director of the seventeen restaurants owned by Todd English. Chef Conley’s signature dishes are Study in Tuna and Miso-marinated Duck Breast.

Azul also includes an extensive wine program which features over seven hundred wines. This program has been designed by Azul’s sommelier, Cynthia Betancourt. The wines served at this restaurant come from all over the world with some of them coming from places such as Austria, Hungary, Spain, and France. The wine list includes newer items as well as popular classic wines.

The restaurant itself is very nicely decorated and provides an elegant atmosphere. There is a dress code for customers, which requires them to wear outfits that the restaurant defines as “smart elegant.” The large picture windows that line the restaurant provide customers a view of the bay and the Miami skyline. There is an open kitchen decorated in marble along with the Azul bar, which serves a variety of beverages including everything from champagne to martinis.

Azul offers a very enjoyable experience to its customers. A unique menu, impressive wine program, elegant atmosphere, and scenic view all make this restaurant stand out. Whether enjoying a romantic evening or a business dinner, customers will be impressed with the effort put into making Azul Restaurant a memorable destination.
