However, for dinner Emeril surely kicks it up a notch with his fusion of the best New Orleans cuisine with Latin-influenced South Florida flair. It features starters like Maine Lobster Gnocchi and Flash Fried Creole Marinated Calamari. Entrees like the amazing Sugar Cane Skewered Jumbo Sea Scallops with baby watercress, Key Lime marinated red onions and grilled pineapple relish, and the Andouille Crusted Redfish with fingerling potato-Crimini mushroom hash and Creole Meunière sauce are delectable. In addition to the dinner menu, the restaurant and Chef de Cusine Brandon Benack offer a nightly tasting menu with optional wine pairings. And, of course, the desserts are just as amazing and even more decadent. Three different variations on a New Orleans style bread pudding are offered and the famous Emeril’s Banana Cream Pie is a best seller.
